Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program (CS/IT or related).
• Technical proficiency with computers, OS, and desktop apps.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to research, identify, and resolve desktop issues promptly.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain/maintain DOE clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level remote end-user support.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and serve as IT contact for issues.
• Track and follow up on complex incidents to ensure resolution.
• Monitor Service Desk tickets for proper assignment and timely closure.
• Manage AD groups, computers, and users.
• Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, phones, and related devices.
• Assist in evaluating new technologies and desktop environment direction.
• Document procedures and end-user guidance.
• Complete audits to meet SOX and internal requirements.
