Ideal candidates are pursuing IT, networking, or systems administration careers, comfortable with Mac and PC, and familiar with Google Workspace, Slack, and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT helpdesk tickets and assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support user setup and account management for new hires and internal moves.
• Assist with maintaining asset inventory, license tracking, and documentation.
• Help monitor systems, backups, and alerts across internal tools and platforms.
• Shadow and learn from experienced IT team members managing infrastructure, security, hosting environments, and more.
• Offer recommendations for improving support documentation and workflows.
