D&H Distributing in Clearwater, FL is seeking an Intern - IT Support Analyst to keep our Tampa office running efficiently. You will support day-to-day ticket management, end-user support of systems, and incident escalation.

This hands-on role provides exposure to a wide range of technologies while you build your technical skills. Required: 1-2 years customer service and help desk experience, willingness to learn, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• 1-2 years of help desk or technical support experience.
• One year certificate or six months to one year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for end user systems (Windows & macOS).
• Install, deploy, troubleshoot, repair, and replace IT equipment used in daily operations.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues with operating systems, applications, peripherals, and connectivity.
• Build, maintain, and image desktop hardware and replace or upgrade hardware.
• Utilize ServiceNow to create, update, triage, and escalate incidents and requests.
• Travel to other locations in North America as required.
