Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior majoring in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and ability to learn company software.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I/II desktop OS and application support to end users.
• Monitor help desk phone, email, and ticketing system to receive, record and resolve issues.
• Assist in Asset Management and support network tasks as needed.
