Job summary

COPT DEFENSE PROPERTIES, LP is seeking a student or recent graduate to provide Tier I/II desktop support for end users in Maryland. The role involves assisting with endpoint management, imaging systems, and ticketing workflows to ensure quick resolution of issues.

You will support network engineers on basic tasks while gaining exposure to ongoing network redesign efforts. This internship emphasizes strong technical aptitude, Excel proficiency, and reliable communication.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior majoring in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and ability to learn company software.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.

Job description

Provide Tier I/II desktop operating systems and application support to end user base. Monitor help desk phone, email, and support ticketing system to receive, record and resolve issues.

Essential Functions:

• Supporting the COPT Service Center with ticket management, endpoint management/imaging systems, and Tier 1 support to end users.
• Support the network engineers in basic network administration tasks (we have an ongoing network redesign project underway).

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Other job-related duties as assigned.
• Assist in Asset Management of IT equipment.
