Interstates is offering an IT Support Intern position that provides hands-on experience helping our team with hardware, software, and networked devices. Based at our Omaha area, you will troubleshoot issues, install software, and help keep systems running smoothly.

You will learn HIPAA data privacy practices, participate in IT security training, and gain real-world skills in user support, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• Must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s program in CS/IT/MIS.
• Basic IT support experience or coursework preferred but not required.
• Strong interest in technology and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general computer and technology support for office and remote users.
• Install, update, and configure software on Windows/Mac machines and mobile devices.
• Set up hardware and peripherals; deploy new computers and imaging devices.
• Maintain documentation of procedures and inventory.
• Support HIPAA data privacy practices and related training.
• Communicate effectively with team members and vendors.
