Job summary

Per Scholas in Phoenix is seeking an IT Support instructor to join our Training Team and deliver entry-level to mid-level IT training. You will manage daily instruction, assessments, attendance, and student progress while providing resources and individualized plans.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of teaching experience, a strong technical background, and proficiency with Zoom or in-person delivery; familiarity with Salesforce and LMS is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of teaching or training experience.
• Strong technical background capable of conveying complex IT topics.
• Ability to teach via Zoom or in-person instruction.

Responsibilities

• Support instructor-led training for entry-level to mid-level IT Support careers.
• Administer assessments, track attendance, tutor students, and monitor progress.
• Provide access to resources and establish individualized student plans.
• Maintain Salesforce/LMS with grades and progress notes.
• Update curricula, syllabi, and lesson plans.
