Job summary

Northeast Kingdom Human Services (NKHS) is seeking an IT Associate I to support and maintain our technical infrastructure in Vermont. You will handle help desk requests, configure PCs, and work with the IT team on procedures and network services including LAN/WAN and Windows servers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and problem resolution to end users.
• Respond to and assist staff with Help Desk requests promptly.
• Perform equipment moves, repairs, additions, and changes including end-user devices.
• Install and configure PC hardware and software.
• Collaborate with IT team to create and update procedures.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing infrastructure including LAN/WAN, Windows servers, Exchange, and workstations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure reliable network performance.
