Qualifications

• Entry-level IT support experience or internship preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows workstations and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and ticketing processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for basic IT support requests.
• Respond to tickets, phone calls, emails, and walk-up requests.
• Assist with password resets and account issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Install and configure computer hardware and accessories.
• Provide basic support for Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive).
• Assist with mobile device setup and troubleshooting.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Travel between organization locations to provide onsite support when needed.
• Maintain inventory and assist with equipment deployment and moves.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with IT staff.
