Job summary

Maravai LifeSciences is seeking an IT Support II to join our IT team in San Diego, CA. The role provides technical support for computer systems, hardware, software, and related services to enable daily operations across the organization.

This position responds to Service Desk requests, troubleshoots issues, configures and deploys end-user devices while delivering responsive customer service. The anticipated salary range for this position is $36.00 - $40.00.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Service Desk requests by prioritizing, troubleshooting, and resolving end user hardware, software, network and technology issues.
• Configure, deploy, and support end-user devices, including Windows and macOS computers, mobile devices, printers, peripherals and related equipment.
• Maintain user accounts, system access and endpoint configurations using Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and related administration tools.
• Support IT infrastructure activities, including workstation deployments, software installations, system updates and technology asset lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures supporting IT services.
• Communicate technical information effectively to technical and non-technical users while delivering a high level of customer service.
• Identify and recommend process improvements that enhance Service Desk efficiency, end-user support and IT operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
