Job summary

DataStaff, Inc. is seeking an onsite IT Support & Identity Management Specialist for a contract‑to‑hire role in Graham, NC. You will provide advanced technical support, systems administration, and IAM across a diverse IT environment.

The ideal candidate has strong Windows/M365 experience, AD expertise, and a service‑oriented mindset. You will work with executives and teams, deploying endpoints, monitoring systems, and improving reliability.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent combination of education and practical IT experience.
• Strong experience supporting and administering Microsoft Windows environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 services.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
• Experience installing and supporting laptops, desktops, and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and systems administration for a diverse IT environment.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls across enterprise systems.
• Support IAM processes including provisioning and policy enforcement.
• Deploy and maintain Windows endpoints and related devices.
• Provide advanced support for Microsoft technologies (Windows, M365, AD).
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for external support as needed.
• Monitor systems, investigate alerts, and address performance issues.
• Develop documentation and end-user guides; deliver user training.
