Job summary

Konrad Group is seeking an IT Specialist in New York to handle level 1 support tickets and assist with new hire hardware deployments. You will work with the operations team to keep office productivity high and respond to requests with clear communication.

The role suits candidates with 1–2 years in IT, familiarity with MacOS, iOS, Android, and experience with JIRA/Confluence. Knowledge of Meraki/Ubiquiti hardware, WiFi networking, and Kandji MD M tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years IT experience preferred.
• Strong communication and ticketing skills.
• Familiarity with hardware deployment and inventory management.
• Experience with MacOS, iOS and Android devices.
• Knowledge of network basics and WiFi technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle level 1 IT support tickets promptly to meet SLAs.
• Facilitate new hire hardware deployment and onboarding.
• Maintain hardware inventory and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Assist in researching and sharing new tools with the team.
• Communicate clearly with team members across the organization.
