Job summary

Konrad Group is seeking an IT Specialist to join the operations team. You will manage level 1 support tickets and assist with new hire hardware deployment, helping maintain office productivity. This role suits IT Specialists with 1–2 years of experience and requires clear communication within the team.

Ideal candidates have Google Workspace admin experience, knowledge of WiFi networking, and familiarity with MacOS/iOS/Android platforms. Experience with Kandji and SOC2/audit processes is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of IT support experience or equivalent.
• Experience with Google Workspace administration.
• Familiarity with Ubiquiti/Meraki hardware and software.
• Networking and WiFi experience is a plus.
• Experience with MacOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Experience with Kandji or other MDM platforms.
• Familiarity with IT audits or SOC2 processes are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hardware inventory and manage device repairs.
• Manage IT tickets in a timely manner to meet SLAs.
• Research new technology and tools and share findings with the team.
• Communicate clearly with all team members.
