First Coast Security Solutions is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and manage day-to-day technology needs. The role focuses on helping employees, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a secure IT environment, with a strong emphasis on cloud-based tools like Microsoft 365.

• Experience providing technical support in an IT help desk or desktop support environment.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems and computer hardware.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and cloud-based services.
• Familiarity with user account administration, access permissions, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support requests.
• Effective written and verbal communication with a customer-service focus.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage IT support requests.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Assist with user account management, permissions, and access controls through Microsoft Entra ID.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, equipment setup, and system access.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving computers, printers, network connectivity, and Windows OS.
• Troubleshoot business applications and Microsoft 365-related concerns.
• Assist with endpoint security, device compliance, and Microsoft Defender.
• Maintain IT documentation, equipment inventory, and technical procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, system efficiency, and automation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues.
