Job summary

Leerink Partners in Boston is seeking an IT End User Services Specialist to provide white-glove, hands-on desktop and mobile support for employees, resolving issues quickly and ensuring secure, productive use of technology across the firm.

You will own tickets, communicate with VIP users, coordinate with IT, Infrastructure and Security teams, and work with tools like Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, and Office 365 to keep colleagues online.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years end user support or help desk experience.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with IT certs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, white glove technical assistance for desktop, software, and mobile devices.
• Own and triage tickets, set expectations with users including VIPs, and resolve issues.
• Manage tickets using JIRA; document steps and resolutions clearly.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and rebuild workstations; troubleshoot hardware.
• Troubleshoot A/V in conference rooms and assist with meetings.
• Onboard/offboard technology, maintain inventory records with facilities.
