Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting Microsoft enterprise environments (Azure, M365, Intune, Defender)
• Experience operating IT infrastructure in secure, high availability environments
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, endpoint security, identity management and risk-based decisions
• Experience with IT service management processes (incident, problem, change)
• Understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery from a technical perspective
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical stability and supportability of Microsoft-based IT services (Azure, M365, Intune, Defender)
• Provide IT support to end users and technology teams
• Act as escalation point for IT/security incidents
• Ensure systems are secure, resilient and scalable with embedded security in designs
• Implement and improve cybersecurity controls
• Support continuity and disaster recovery requirements
• Assist with network, server, virtualization and firewall configuration
• Oversee patching and configuration management for critical updates
• Document standards, procedures and best practices
