We are seeking IT Support Engineers to join our Corporate Office, providing support for IT equipment and services to Amazon employees, whom we consider our customers. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced team environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a broad technical aptitude across IT software, hardware, and networking disciplines.

Responsibilities include:

1. Deploying Windows/Mac/Linux OS
2. Providing remote technical support
3. LAN troubleshooting and support
4. Supporting AV systems, especially complex integrated systems
5. Collaborating on IT programs to enhance customer satisfaction

Key job responsibilities:

1. Work with Network Engineering & Project teams to ensure smooth rollout of new designs and products
2. Manage TCP/IP networking and infrastructure technologies
3. Handle cabling infrastructure and hardware setup
4. Manage customer requests via ticketing systems and workflows
5. Develop sustainable, repeatable solutions and automate manual tasks
6. Participate in hardware migration, configuration, and rollout
7. Troubleshoot complex IT issues without SOPs
8. Coordinate CMs and templates, lead projects, and support team development
9. Understand enterprise-level infrastructure technologies such as Routers, Switches, Load Balancers, and Firewalls

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 4 years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP)
• At least 3 years supporting Windows Server technologies (AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM)
• Over 4 years of technical support experience
• Experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux OS in a corporate environment
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Ability to manage high-priority projects

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Support experience in Windows Server environments (3+ years)
• Experience with video/teleconference equipment
• 2+ years of DevOps experience and familiarity with coding languages
