Role Overview: Kuiper IT Services seeks a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide technical support for infrastructure, warehousing operations, production environments, and laboratory facilities. This role is vital for maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring reliable technology systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work on a 1st shift, Mon-Fri, starting at 8:00 AM.
2. Handle support tickets while maintaining compliance with standard procedures.
3. Manage network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls.
4. Support test stations, their components, and software.
5. Maintain system security and adhere to industry standards.
6. Respond to and resolve infrastructure issues.
7. Perform scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
8. Assist with project implementations and technology deployments.
9. Participate in on-call responsibilities.

About the Team

Kuiper IT Services is a fast-paced organization supporting large-scale initiatives across areas like Production, Lab Operations, Launch, and Warehousing, maintaining a Day1 mentality.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience with networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP).
• 3+ years supporting Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM.
• 3+ years of technical support experience.
• 3+ years supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux OS in a corporate setting.
• Ability to work in manufacturing and laboratory environments.
• Willingness to perform On-Call duties.
• Availability for occasional travel as required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting Windows Server environments.
• Experience supporting video and teleconference equipment.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or similar.
