Job summary

The Solutions Team, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Engineer III in the Birmingham area to provide senior-level troubleshooting across nationwide client environments, with a focus on healthcare and dental IT systems.

You will handle complex escalations, diagnose servers and networks, and lead infrastructure, cloud, and security projects. Responsibilities include advising clients, maintaining documentation, and delivering high-quality support for healthcare and dental software and imaging systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support experience.
• Advanced expertise in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and networking.
• Strong project execution and communication skills.
• Must live in Metro Birmingham Area.
• Healthcare or dental IT experience preferred.
• Advanced PowerShell or scripting knowledge.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 or more years of IT support experience
