Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an IT Support Engineer based in our San Francisco office for a hybrid role (four days on-site, one day remote). You will manage device lifecycles, provide hands-on office IT support, and keep AV systems reliable while onboarding new joiners and contributing to Tech Ops initiatives.

You will thrive in a fast-growing AI startup, with opportunities to build automation, write internal docs, and influence tools used across the global team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-user IT support in a fast-growing environment.
• Familiarity with macOS, networking basics, and SaaS tools.
• Strong communication and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Device lifecycle management including procurement and secure wipe.
• Office IT support for SF colleagues.
• AV support for meeting rooms and events.
• End-user support and first point of contact.
• On onboarding new joiners via IT calls.
• Contribute to Tech Ops initiatives and automation projects.
