Masabi is seeking an IT support lead to serve as the first point of contact for a global, remote-first team. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues while ensuring reliable operations across the company.

You will manage accounts and permissions in core systems such as Google Workspace, oversee IT inventory and supplier relationships, and use AI and automation to document solutions. Collaboration with Security on compliance will be part of the role.
