Job summary

Diraq is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our growing IT & Infrastructure team. You will be the main local IT contact for multiple US offices, handling day-to-day support and contributing to endpoint management and technology rollouts.

You will work closely with the IT & Infrastructure Manager to improve support quality, documentation, and systems reliability, ensuring a fast, clear, and helpful user experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, service desk, desktop support, systems support, or a similar hands-on role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with methodical problem solving.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.
• Exposure to identity, device or endpoint administration (Entra ID, Intune).
• Experience supporting Windows devices and applications.
• Clear, friendly communication with non-technical users.
• A proactive, ownership-driven service mindset.
• Good organization and attention to detail across tickets, access, devices and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive first- and second-line support across hardware, software, user access, collaboration tools and connectivity.
• Own issues through resolution and escalate complex problems when needed.
• Set up new starters with device provisioning, account creation, access, and a smooth first-day experience.
• Support offboarding by coordinating access removal, device return and accurate records.
• Assist with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, Teams and related workplace technologies.
• Contribute to endpoint management, software deployment, patching, upgrades and device health.
• Troubleshoot Windows environments and support Linux users where required.
• Maintain IT assets, service records, and technical documentation.
