Portal Space Systems, based in Bothell, WA, seeks an IT Support Engineer to own the IT help desk, triage, and resolve issues across Windows endpoints, Entra ID, Intune, and 365 apps. You will work with IT engineering, MSP, and other departments to deliver reliable support and continuous improvement.

You will apply Lean practices to reduce recurring issues, maintain ticket quality, and ensure timely updates and closure. Reports to the Director of IT in a fast-paced, space-focused environment.

Formación

• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Structured troubleshooting approach and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with ITSM ticketing platforms and queue management.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems quickly and document processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own the help desk queue end-to-end, triage and prioritize tickets.
• Resolve issues on first touch across Windows, Entra ID, Intune, and apps.
• Escalate with clear steps, evidence, and business impact; follow through to closure.
• Provide proactive status updates and confirm fixes with users.
• Onboard new hires and complete offboarding requests accurately.
