Job summary

Executech in Seattle is seeking a Service Engineer II to independently resolve complex IT issues, primarily in Microsoft 365, identity, and device management. You will own tickets end-to-end, communicate with clients, and mentor junior staff while upholding security and change-control standards.

The role demands proactive, metric-driven execution, strong technical judgment, and collaboration across MSP teams. Local candidates only; on-site work in Seattle expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of IT support with growing complexity, preferably in MSP environments.
• Mature knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and identity management.
• Ability to prioritize under SLA pressure and communicate with clients.
• Experience troubleshooting across multiple systems and documenting evidence.
• Basic scripting with PowerShell and willingness to build safe automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex tickets end-to-end across devices, identity, and M365.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Apply structured troubleshooting and escalate when needed.
• Develop and maintain KB/runbooks, driving operational improvements.
• Mentor junior staff and share best practices.
