Job summary

Eleven Recruiting is seeking an IT Support Engineer for a Minneapolis-based investment firm. You will be the frontline technical partner, delivering hardware, software, and OS support across the firm’s applications and devices.

Responsibilities include configuring Windows OS and Office applications, supporting MS Teams, Azure Virtual Desktop, Netskope, and Bloomberg Terminal setups; providing on-site and remote help; and coordinating with vendors and regional offices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
Thorough hardware and software installation and problem-resolution knowledge.
Ability to work with minimal direction and strong communications.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and support hardware including laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Provide general user support for Windows OS, Office, and firm applications in person and remotely.
Manage IT resources and inventory; maintain LAN/WAN operations in Minneapolis offices.
Support Windows Servers, backups, and print services; assist with VM infrastructure via vSphere.
Collaborate with vendors and travel to regional offices for support as needed.
