Job summary

Brooksource is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support and end-user computing services in a regulated environment. You will handle desktop and mobile devices, deliver both onsite and remote assistance, and partner with business users to improve productivity through technology.

The role also covers lab and R&D spaces, IT operations, and project support, requiring strong troubleshooting, customer service, and the ability to work independently within IT

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of desktop support experience supporting PCs and devices.
• Minimum 2 years of onsite and remote IT support experience.
• Experience supporting mobile devices; Apple/iOS preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT support activities at the site.
• Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Deliver onsite and remote support to resolve issues.
• Support specialized environments, labs, and GxP spaces.
• Own incidents from troubleshooting to resolution and restore productivity.
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, and peripherals.
• Provide guidance on workplace technology and tools to users.
