Job summary

Xammax in Houston, TX is seeking an IT Support Engineer II to provide high-quality technical support and software troubleshooting across client environments. You will manage desktop and network support, with emphasis on Windows Server, Intune, VPN, SCCM, and Microsoft 365 to keep IT infrastructure robust.

You will serve as an escalation point, handle HelpMe (BMS) tickets within ICS SLAs, update customers daily, and assist L1 teams and other IT departments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server, routing, and switching.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Be an integral point for ticket escalation for higher level issues.
• Accepts tickets through HelpMe (BMS) within the ICS SLA's.
• Update tickets daily and communicate with clients regarding resolution.
• Assist L1 associates.
• Assist other departments including IT Help Desk and auditing ICS IT software.
