• Assist IT Support Center via phone/email/self-service for internal users.
• Install, maintain, and diagnose PC hardware and software; assist with printers and network devices.
• Follow up on equipment and manage incidents using the IT service management tool.
• Document and resolve incidents and service requests in the ITSM system.
