Qualifications

• 4–6 years of IT support, helpdesk, or desktop experience.
• Windows & macOS support (advanced) with relevant certifications preferred.
• MDM/endpoint management experience (Intune and Kandji).
• Identity and Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online).

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-channel IT support and act as escalation point for unresolved tickets.
• Triage, prioritize, route tickets and perform root‑cause analysis for permanent fixes.
• Manage device provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, Entra ID accounts, licenses, and SSO/SCIM.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, collaboration tools, and conferencing (Zoom/Slack).
• Maintain hardware/software inventories, licenses, and asset lifecycle records.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API; validate solutions.
• Mentor other IT technicians and contribute to IT initiatives and migrations.
