• Work across the property in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with IT service requests and support calls.
• Assist with setup and deployment of desktops, laptops, peripherals.
• Support routine user account administration and software installation.
• Document service requests, troubleshooting performed, and resolutions in ticketing system.
• Assist with IT equipment and asset inventory.
• Perform routine operational and system support tasks.
• Collaborate with IT team on projects across systems, networking, cybersecurity, and tech infrastructure.
• Gain exposure to 24/7 IT operations.
• Communicate effectively and professionally.
• Follow company and department policies.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
