Power Connector, LLC is seeking an Information Technology Support Desk Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve computer hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring employees can work without interruption.

The role emphasizes problem solving, customer service, and timely ticket resolution, with collaboration alongside the IT Manager and corporate team. Occasional support for Stamford CT sister company may be required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in information technology, Customer Science, or related field preferred.
• 0-3 years of IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows and/or macOS environments.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and update computer systems and applications.
• Escalate unresolved issues to support teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and system changes.
