Job summary

EK Machine is seeking an IT Support Analyst in Fall River, Wisconsin, to support workstation management, data reporting, and system maintenance. The role requires hands-on experience with workstation setup, SQL query development, and Crystal Reports.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and at least 3 years of IT support or systems administration experience, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform software installations, updates, and ensure licensing compliance.
Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.

Document IT procedures and maintain system records.
Collaborate with internal teams to support IT infrastructure and reporting initiatives.
