Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in system analysis, design, development and implementation of solutions.
• Gather requirements and analyze workflows to improve ERP capabilities.
• Collaborate with end users and vendors to resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Provide support on elevated IT Help Desk tickets and maintain system security awareness.
• Maintain documentation and participate in professional development and training.
