Saab, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Co-Op for the Winter/Spring 2027 term (January through early May, full-time). You will assist with day-to-day technology operations, support Windows and Microsoft 365 apps, and help improve user productivity across the organization.

Ideal for a student pursuing IT/CS, you will gain hands-on experience, support local operations and contribute to enterprise-wide IT initiatives for employees and contractors.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Familiar with Windows-based systems and basic troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 apps and services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN).
• Able to manage multiple tasks with good organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily technical support for Microsoft 365 apps and workplace systems.
• Assist with installing and configuring laptops, desktops, and workstations.
• Help maintain data integrity and security in Microsoft 365 (permissions/access).
• Communicate technical information clearly to users with varying levels of expertise.
• Support IT infrastructure projects and contribute to deployments.
• Assist with basic end-user training on common applications and tools.
