Job summary

Haas Automation Inc. in Henderson, NV is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot our enterprise-wide computers, printers, and servers.

You will handle end-user tickets, install and configure hardware and software, and collaborate with Network Engineers and Enterprise Security to keep systems secure and performant. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, with 1–3 years of related experience and an AA/AS degree.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers calls or tickets to support end users with applications, hardware, software, and networking.
• Troubleshoots hardware and software problems in person and remotely, resolving and documenting solutions.
• Coordinates with Network Engineers, System Engineers and Enterprise Security regularly.
• Reads manuals, confers with users, or conducts diagnostics to resolve problems.
• Installs hardware and software as needed.
• Builds, maintains and deploys PC images using appropriate tools.
• Creates end user documentation and knowledge base articles, or trains users.
• Estimates workload and delivers high quality work within deadlines.
• Coordinates onboarding and offboarding of IT assets and user accounts.
• Suggests automation to improve efficiency and cost-savings.
