Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize and resolve issues quickly and independently or with team support.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues via phone, web, and in-person channels.
• Ensure incidents, problems, and service requests are resolved within SLAs.
• Report on health of the help desk using uptime and ticket metrics.
• Train and mentor staff on new products and services.
• Develop and implement incident management policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to minimize impact of issues.
