Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Experience troubleshooting systems, database programming, and software installation.
- Proficiency with computer networking and operating systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide hardware and software installation, maintenance, and support.
- Perform data analysis and generate complex reports for the Tax Commissioner.
- Assist with upgrades and integrations and train department personnel across divisions.
- Evaluate privacy safeguards and assist with security issues.
- Automate manual processes and design programs to improve office efficiency.
- Coordinate IT-related initiatives, research, and purchases with users.
