• Developing, implementing, and maintaining information processing systems.
• Provides advanced support and maintenance for department-directed technology systems including servers, applications, workstations, and related hardware and software.
• Designs and supports relational databases to meet data processing needs.
• Maintains LAN operations and conducts system maintenance and evaluation.
• Instructs and trains users and documents procedures.
• Ensures data backup and recovery and resolves security issues.
