Job summary

3MD Inc. is seeking an IT Support professional to provide technical assistance and support to end-users, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of digital infrastructure.

The role handles desktop and network device configuration, SOP-based system builds, and documentation while collaborating with IT and engineering on upgrades, security patches, and user access management. This office-based position requires strong customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support
• Proficient with Windows and macOS operating systems

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops and network gear
• Maintain documentation of support activities and configurations
• Assist with user onboarding/offboarding and access management
• Collaborate on system upgrades and security patches
