Job summary

SST Direct is seeking an IT Support Associate in Hebron, KY for a direct-hire role. The position offers a salary of $55,000–$60,000 plus PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.

You will provide frontline technical support for hardware, software, network, and application issues, and assist with onboarding, device deployment, and security-focused IT tasks in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure Active Directory and user account administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic network issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, security groups, and licenses in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and equipment deployment.
• Configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Assist with ERP and other business-critical applications.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and software licensing records.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, application, and system issues and escalate complex problems when needed.
• Coordinate with MSP and technology vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Assist with cybersecurity, system upgrades, technology projects, and IT documentation.
