is seeking a motivated IT Assistant to perform entry level technical responsibilities, providing user support for computer hardware, software, and peripherals at our Indiana operations. You will assist the IT Manager with hardware and software configuration, device setup, AD tasks, imaging, and end-user training, resolving issues and keeping systems running smoothly.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree or Technical Training in Information Technology preferred. (High School diploma or GED required)
• Experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role is a plus
• BSc in Computer Science or relevant field or equivalent work experience a plus.
• Demonstrated Windows computer skills/experience.
• Able to work scheduled work hours.
• Valid driver’s license

Aufgaben

• Assist IT Manager with hardware and software configuration and device setup remotely and on-site.
• Network printer setup.
• Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operations to resolve problems.
• Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
• Read technical manuals and conduct diagnostics to resolve problems or provide support.
• Set up equipment for employee use and install OS/software.
• Develop training materials and train users on hardware/software.
• Communicate effectively with management and coworkers.
• Occasionally perform accurate data entry.
• Application & Windows troubleshooting (remote/on-site)
• Workstation imaging
• Active Directory unlocks/password resets
• Updating Active Directory/Entra information
• Endpoint software installation/patching
