EMCOR Hyre Electric Co. of Indiana, Inc. is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Assistant to provide entry-level technical support. You will assist users with hardware and software questions, remotely or on-site, and participate in device setup and imaging.

The role involves supporting the IT Manager, maintaining Active Directory accounts, and developing simple training materials for staff. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Competenze

• Preferred IT degree or technical training; HS diploma required.
• Experience as a desktop support technician is a plus.
• Windows skills and ability to read technical manuals.
• Able to work scheduled hours and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, professionalism.

Mansioni

• Assist IT Manager with hardware/software configuration, remote/on-site setup.
• Network printer setup and workstation imaging using MDT.
• Answer user inquiries and diagnose problems; provide training materials.
• Maintain Active Directory/Entra information and password resets.
• Troubleshoot application and Windows issues remotely or on-site.
• Generate technical documentation and user guides.
• Ensure workstation functionality and asset tracking during employee moves.
