Qualifications

• Proficiency supporting Windows and macOS endpoints in a professional environment.
• Customer-first mindset with clear English communication to users (technical and non-technical).
• Hands-on familiarity with PC hardware components and structured troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of mobile OS (iOS/Android) and common device/app connectivity issues.
• Strong organizational habits to manage inventory, assets, shipping/receiving, and multiple concurrent requests.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; comfortable using Excel and SharePoint to track and coordinate work.
• Ability to document and follow SOPs and contribute to improving support processes over time.

Responsibilities

• Manage laptop and accessory ordering, receiving, inventory tracking, and distribution with accurate asset records.
• Provide day-to-day support for laptop, desktop, and mobile device issues for local and remote employees, documenting outcomes.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software problems and escalate when needed, with clear outcomes.
• Coordinate hardware shipping and returns, including packing, labeling, and chain-of-custody practices.
• Support rollout of new tools and updates to end users or groups with minimal downtime.
• Maintain desktop security practices through password hygiene and data handling.
• Assist with upkeep, hardware replacements, and troubleshooting of network, telecon, lab, and data center equipment onsite.
