Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide technical support and ensure reliable operation of IT services for end users. This role will troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will support endpoint devices, collaboration tools, and local IT infrastructure in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of IT support, service desk, or EUC experience.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and application issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Assist with audio/video conferencing and collaboration technologies.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Perform imaging, software installation, upgrades, and patching.
• Use Intune and SCCM for endpoint management and inventory.
• Track IT assets and maintain accurate records.
• Support network connectivity and local infrastructure activities.
