Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent practical IT experience.
- 6 months to 1 year of IT support or helpdesk experience.
- Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage, track, and resolve IT support issues using the ticketing system.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems reported by users.
- Provide onsite and remote support for hardware, software, and connectivity.
- Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and phones.
- Escalate complex issues with detailed steps and reproduction tips.
- Onboard/offboard users; provision access and manage changes.
- Maintain provisioning and equipment records.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Support IT security policies and contribute to IT projects.
