Job summary

The Leidos Security and Engineering Programs (SEP) is seeking a Computer Support Analyst for the Center for Information Systems Security (CISS) program. This role offers growth across networking, system administration, and related areas, with support for the NOC in Chantilly, VA and travel to Washington, D.C.

as needed. Responsibilities include integrating new systems, managing CMDB changes, and resolving complex IT issues across servers, networks, and applications.

Qualifications

• BS degree or higher with relevant IT experience.
• Clearance required or ability to obtain Top Secret.
• Experience administering Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB, ticketing, and documentation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Integrates new COTS/GOTS systems into production and ensures mission readiness.
• Manages CMDB change controls and resolves discrepancies.
• Develops technical solutions and documents them in a knowledge base.
• Reviews network monitoring data, audits systems, and assesses risks.
• Acts as an expert in assigned area and implements remediation plans.
