Qualifications

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, servers and backup solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, remote app, or in person.
• Ensure computer systems and manufacturing integration are operational 24/7.
• Install software/hardware to enable users to perform job tasks.
• Troubleshoot system management to maximize computer uptime.
• Maintain IT systems documentation and internal controls.
