Job summary

You will handle user accounts, assist with PC hardware/software upgrades, and respond to inquiries from customers, vendors, and colleagues.

The role focuses on proactive communication, problem solving, and adherence to company policies as part of a broader support team within our Performance Foodservice network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills are required to interact with customers, vendors and team members.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to IT processes and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Assists customer needs and performs duties to meet those needs.
• Analyzes computer-related situations and makes decisions where standardization exists.
• Performs needed upgrades on PC hardware and software programs.
• Communicates with customers, vendors, and company personnel in a positive and proactive manner.
• Demonstrates accurate and effective oral and written communication with customers, coworkers, and the community.
• Creates users on the network.
• Restores files to users from backups, as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
