Performance Food Group in Georgia is seeking an entry-level IT Support Associate to implement cost-effective computer solutions while maintaining quality customer service. You will handle user accounts, assist with PC hardware/software upgrades, and respond to inquiries from customers, vendors, and colleagues.

The role focuses on proactive communication, problem solving, and adherence to company policies as part of a broader support team within our Performance Foodservice network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills are required to interact with customers, vendors and team members.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to IT processes and company standards.

Job Description

• Demonstrates awareness of customer needs and perform job duties to effectively meet those needs.
• Analyzes computer-related situations and make decisions which deal with variables in situation where standardization exists.
• Performs needed upgrades on PC hardware and software programs.
