Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide day-to-day IT assistance across hardware, software, and systems for employees in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a 2+ year track record in IT support, strong client communication, and experience with ERP or cloud platforms; you will escalate complex issues and contribute to IT improvements. Position located in Jackson, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or a related field.
• 2+ years in IT support, help desk, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac OS, Office 365, Active Directory.
• Experience with ERP, cloud platforms, ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and enterprise applications.
• Diagnose issues, guide users, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain and track support tickets with clear updates to employees.
• Assist in hardware and software setup, deployment, and configuration.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with IT to document processes and improve knowledge bases.
